Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Support Executive - Bangla Speaking, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across various communication channels, including live chat, phone calls, and email. You'll navigate multiple programs with ease, paying close attention to accuracy and detail to ensure that every client issue is resolved efficiently and effectively. Your strong communication skills, both in English and Bangla, will enable you to build trust and rapport with clients, while your troubleshooting and multitasking skills will help you to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process client requests and solve issues via live chat, phone call, and email, navigating multiple programs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate specialist when needed, utilizing Salesforce or Jira to ensure seamless communication.
- Update clients on their request status accordingly, maintaining a high level of transparency and communication.
- Verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and interpret reports and documentation as required, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understand the company's business functions and roles by attending company seminars and meeting the required assessment target.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
