About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Lead Facilitator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us locate and support eligible individuals and families. You'll be responsible for educating and engaging with clients, guiding them through the claims process, and assisting in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation. This is a remote, full-time or part-time position with flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
* Help educate and engage with clients affected by injuries or loss
- Guide clients through the claims process
- Assist in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation
- Collaborate with our team to identify and connect with potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or project support
- Proficiency with common tools like MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Person Specification
* Civilian contractors from any country (U.S. citizenship not required)
- Wounded Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans
- Gold Star Families & Civilian contractors (even if already receiving benefits)
- Examples of professions these individuals might be in:
