Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat, responding to a wide range of inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, working to find solutions that meet the customer's needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure that customers receive the best possible service
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information about our products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Career Progression

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to progress in your career and take on new challenges. Here's an overview of what you can expect in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:

  • 30 days: Complete new hire orientation, gaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices. Learn how to navigate our systems and tools, and develop a strong understanding of our customer service processes.
  • 90 days: Take on more complex customer issues, working to resolve problems and find solutions that meet the customer's needs. Develop a strong understanding of our sales processes and work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • 180 days: Take on a leadership role, mentoring new team members and providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge. Continue to develop your expertise in customer service, sales, and industry trends, and take on new challenges and responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

* Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Strong customer service mindset that embodies problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills
  • Interest in the live event space and a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Work Schedule

* The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training. Training is paid and all in-office.

  • Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in-office and 2 days at home.
  • Hours:

+ 2:30pm-11:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off. + 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off. + 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off.

Compensation and Benefits

* $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility

  • Bi-annual bonuses
  • Annual equity grant
