Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers daily to provide fast and friendly service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and running the register with efficiency and accuracy
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure our customers receive the best possible service
• Working collaboratively with our team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve our goals
• Thinking on your feet to come up with creative solutions to problems and improve our customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritizing tasks
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to advance in your career and take on new challenges
• Motivation to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and contribute to our team's success
