Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from initial contact to delivery. This is a unique opportunity to work from home, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their requirements
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the car buying journey, from online sales to appraisal, finance applications, and vehicle delivery
- Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing, delivering an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentor and guide colleagues as your skills and expertise expand
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining an iconic customer experience
- Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, as required (may involve testing and travel)
Benefits and Compensation
* Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $26.70
- Opportunities for performance-based sales incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package, including:
+ Paid sick time: up to 48 hours per year + Paid vacation time: between 80 hours and 200 hours per year, depending on years of continuous service + Paid holidays: 8 hours of pay for each of 6 scheduled holidays per year, plus 1 floating holiday + Holiday Premium Pay for working on scheduled holidays

Qualifications and Requirements
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach
- High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills
- Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to adapt to shifting schedules two times per year, as needed
- Hybrid role with a requirement for working on-site one day per week
- Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
