Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bournemouth. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to emails and telephone calls from clients and investors, adhering to compliance and regulations
- Prioritize queries and correspond with other departments when necessary to determine the root cause
- Type and administer correspondence to clients/investors, meeting deadlines
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all correspondence with customers and investors
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in email management and correspondence
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in complaint handling, inbound processing, and/or banking roles
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance
