Responsibilities

As an Experienced Claims Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely resolution to claims customer service inquiries, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to navigate the claims process
  • Advising clients by telephone of the status of their claims inquiries, keeping them informed and up-to-date on the progress of their claims
  • Coordinating client follow-ups with appropriate claims adjusters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Providing support and backup assistance to other areas of the CSC as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrating commitment to arenaflex's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and applying knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are highly desirable, but not essential
  • Must be located within proximity to the Allentown office, with full-time bilingual and part-time positions available
