About the Role
As a customer service representative, you'll be part of our London Heathrow team, working closely with team leaders to deliver a safe and exceptional airport experience to our customers. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
- Performing various airport-related duties, such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
- Working closely with team leaders to ensure smooth operations and adapt to changing situations
- Conducting administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departures
- Representing arenaflex in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach
- Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
- Attending and completing all required training by given deadlines
- Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
- Performing other reasonable duties as required by the role
What You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- A solution-oriented approach, with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently
- The capacity to work in a high-pressure environment, with minimal supervision
- A strong customer focus, with experience in face-to-face contact with customers
- The ability to represent arenaflex in a professional manner at all times
- Well-groomed appearance, adhering to uniform standards
- The capacity and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank, and public holidays
- Reliability and punctuality
- Compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures
- The ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
- Possession of a valid BAA airside pass
- GSAT training
- The willingness and ability to complete all relevant training efficiently
- Possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as required
- The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required
Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Experience
* Proficiency in PC software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
