Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work a second or third shift schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry, with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
