Role Overview
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement data entry solutions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity. Your expertise will help us streamline our operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Meet D.O.T requirements required by job challenge
- Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently during length of workday
- Sits occasionally, as required, during length of workday
- Physical activities include hand gripping, power hand gripping, fine hand manipulation, and reaching from foot level to above shoulder height as necessary to complete assigned tasks
- Operates preferred and manual transmission
- Operates power and pneumatic tools
- Meets all requirements to be Power Industrial Truck Operations (PITO) certified
- Develop and implement data entry solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Troubleshoot data entry issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement data management processes
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports to track data entry performance and identify areas for improvement
Knowledge and Abilities
* Recent documented data entry experience
- Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and personal computer
- Possesses complete set of personal hand tools
- Class A commercial driver's License (CDL) - preferred
- Works full-time shifts: 8-10 hours per day, 4-5 days per 7-day week
- Reliable with ability to report to work on a daily and timely basis and complete scheduled workday on a regular basis
- Available to work varying shifts, additional hours, and/or overtime as required by service needs
- Wears personal protective equipment as required
- Works in an environment with variable temperatures and humidity (climatic conditions), exposure to cleaning substances, petroleum products, dust, and noise, outdoor inclement weather, and others
- Works cooperatively in a diverse work environment
- Communicates effectively through sight, hearing, and/or otherwise, to perform assigned duties and maintain proper job safety conditions
