Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email interactions. Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilizing multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
  • Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction metrics
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or retail environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
  • Successful completion of mandatory training
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of experience with computer processing/data entry software

  • Experience working in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
