Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email interactions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilizing multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
- Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction metrics
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or retail environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months of experience with computer processing/data entry software
- Experience working in a call center or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
