Business Solutions Analyst III
Job Description:
- Work directly with stakeholders to define, document, and drive business requirements
- Document business requirements using customer journeys, business context diagrams, and process flows
- Prepare business validation (UAT) plan and support business users in performing validation
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
Requirements:
- 4+ years business systems analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience or BSA Certification
- Knowledge of insurance business (Personal Lines, Commercial Auto and Claims, Operations)
- Proficient knowledge and experience using diagramming techniques (UML, Visio, Lucidchart, iGrafx, Miro)
- Strong collaboration skills across divisions and functions including end users, developers, testers, and analysts.
- User level knowledge of all systems utilized by division/team
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
