Job Description:
- Lead the marketplace strategy to achieve commercial targets and ensure a brand-right, and best-in-class consumer experience
- Collaborate with the product and merchandising teams to develop channel-right assortments
- Lead the external advertising team and strategy to optimize consumer experience and drive awareness
- Develop and execute seasonal search and display advertising strategy in partnership with wholesale marketing and external partnerships
- Develop and present channel insights and future strategic initiatives to leadership
Requirements:
- BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study and 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in Amazon or a relevant digital retailer
- Demonstrated record of successfully managing and growing a marketplace business with experience managing an extensive, segmented product range
- Consumer understanding and competitive market knowledge as it relates to digital platforms
- Experience creating and executing Amazon search and display ad strategies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to execute multiple projects on a seasonal basis
- Excellent MS Office skills with a focus on analysis and presentation
- A team and customer-first attitude, with a high level of dedication
