Product Sales Executive, Mechanical Estimating
Job Description:
- Spearhead the growth of new and existing customer accounts by uncovering critical business pain points and demonstrating high-impact software solutions.
- Partner with Account Sales Executives to research, develop, and close high-value leads within a specialized territory.
- Own the end-to-end buying process for prospects, acting as a visionary pragmatist to ensure our technology meets their real-world needs.
- Collaborate with product marketing teams to stay at the cutting edge of industry updates and software enhancements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic territory plans and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline.
Requirements:
- Direct MEP specialty contractor mechanical estimating experience is required.
- At least 2 years of proven success in sales, with a strong preference for software subscription models.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite, with a willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
