. This executive role requires a visionary leader capable of optimizing our end-to-end supply chain, from procurement and inventory management to warehousing and final-mile delivery. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative logistics strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex global supply chains, leveraging advanced analytics, and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. You will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing transportation networks, warehouse operations, demand forecasting, and inventory control. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts with carriers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving sustainability initiatives within the supply chain. This role demands strong financial acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions. You will also play a key role in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for expansion and process enhancement. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversee all aspects of logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain and logistics professionals. Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain. Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers. Implement and leverage technology solutions (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) to enhance supply chain visibility and performance. Develop and manage demand forecasting and inventory planning processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation and trade regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Manage the supply chain budget and capital expenditure planning. Develop and implement risk management strategies for the supply chain. Promote sustainability initiatives within the logistics operations. Qualifications: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management and logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, global supply chains. Extensive experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience in developing and managing large operational budgets.
