Role Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for connecting with customers via live chat on our website and social media platforms, providing guidance, sales links, and special promotions. You'll be a core part of our team, working collaboratively with our customer support and sales teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers through live chat, resolving queries and facilitating sales

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Utilize our live chat platform to engage with customers and drive sales
  • Collaborate with our customer support and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses

Skills and Requirements

* Capable of using a device with access to social media and website chat functions

  • Independent worker with strong self-motivation and a passion for customer engagement
  • Precise follower of detailed instructions and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Requires a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment and collaborate with colleagues remotely

Working Hours and Location

* Choose from 5 to 40 hours per week according to your own schedule

  • Fully remote, with preference given to candidates in the United States, but open to applicants globally
