Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing the airline and ensuring a positive experience for all travelers.
Responsibilities:
* Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and managing travel plans
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Providing information on airline policies, procedures, and services
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
