Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Support Representative – Remote Front of House, you will be responsible for:

- Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Gathering information to respond to customer questions accurately
- Providing detailed information about services and offerings

- Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyzing social media metrics and reporting on campaign performance
- Researching and implementing new trends to enhance social media engagement
- Collaborating with the team to align social media strategies with company goals
- Creating and maintaining a content calendar for consistent posting
- Running paid social media advertisements, if necessary
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in handling billing systems and scheduling tools
- Ability to multitask talking, emailing, note taking on customer's account
