Key Responsibilities

• Precisely enter data into the QuickClaim system while working with a continuous flow of images.
• Classify document types based on the documentation provided.
• Review and confirm that the data entered meets or surpasses established quality benchmarks.
• Uphold the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate professionally with team members as necessary.
• Propose enhancements to improve job processes.
• Complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
• Undertake additional basic office duties as required.

Required Skills

• Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.
• Strong multitasking abilities and efficient work practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus.
• Quick learning capability with the ability to follow complex instructions.
• Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English.
• Typing proficiency: Minimum of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy or 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required. Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $12 per hour, with both part-time and full-time positions available.
