Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Consultant, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll research, create, and execute personalized travel itineraries, handle client inquiries, and provide expert advice on travel destinations, activities, and services. Key Responsibilities

* Research and create customized travel itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences, budget, and travel style

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored travel experience
  • Review and manage client budgets, making recommendations on travel options and services to ensure optimal value
  • Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and more
  • Communicate effectively with clients pre- and post-travel to ensure their needs are met and they have a memorable experience
  • Handle client issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending webinars, and participating in ongoing training to maintain and earn certifications within the travel industry
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to stay informed about new destinations, services, and products
