As an Online Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus), with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on developing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of computer software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with chat software and technology, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Available Shifts and Compensation
