Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Payments and Financial Services, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of key seller connections, including monthly and quarterly business audits with payment card organizations. You will also be responsible for accumulating and analyzing data for presentations for Sr. Management, performing daily reviews that may impact business performance and decisioning, and collaborating with other experts and stakeholders as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Support the administration of key seller connections, including monthly and quarterly business audits with payment card organizations

• Accumulate and analyze data for presentations for Sr. Management
• Perform daily reviews that may impact business performance and decisioning
• Collaborate with other experts and stakeholders as needed
• Learn, maintain, and influence automated reporting processes
• Use data visualization tools to show execution of business KPIs
• Help with the goal and tracking of payment card network compliance issues
• Provide project support and guidance to other colleagues
• Satisfy ad-hoc demands and complete special tasks
• Develop new skills as needed to support the needs of the Payments Group and the Financial Services Division

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in financial services or data analysis

• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Ability to work in a remote environment
