Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to our technical support team and providing feedback to our product development team to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to our technical support team and provide feedback to our product development team to improve our services
  • Collaborate with our technical support team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
