Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, checking in passengers, and assisting with baggage handling
- Operating loading bridges and ensuring the safe and efficient loading of aircraft
- Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their journey
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English

- Pass a Customer Service Assessment
