Job Summary
As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately entering data and reviewing medical bills to ensure compliance with state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a small team. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter data and review medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Meet production and accuracy performance metrics
- Work independently while being part of a small team

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma required, college preferred
- Strong data entry/computer skills required
- Desire to work in an office environment
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule of 1 day a week in the office and 4 days at home (after training period)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Certification in a related field (i.e. CPC)
- Previous medical/health care/insurance industry experience
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with medical billing software and systems
