As a Customer Service Representative - Onsite, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Onsite, your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns.
  • Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues, providing exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations.
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments, maintaining accurate records and tracking call-related information.
  • Providing feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We're seeking fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting
  • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
  • Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Active listening skills
