Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our night management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter data and process data precisely using automated ordering systems
- Develop a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and industry
- Collaborate with the night management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Minimum Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work an overnight shift (e.g., 8pm-4:30 am)
- Detail-oriented and able to process orders with speed and accuracy
