The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides top-notch support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support experiences. Your primary focus will be on supporting our customers who use our device, which is installed on their doors to facilitate seamless package delivery. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling delivery escalations, driving feedback, and implementing internal access programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to their issues

  • Verify customer information and set up appointments for device installations
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth installations and troubleshoot any technical issues
  • Provide exceptional support experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage a high volume of emails and administrative tasks, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

What You'll Be Supporting:

* arenaflex's device, which is installed on customers' doors to facilitate seamless package delivery

  • Big rental or leasing companies that use our device to streamline their operations
  • Installs on doors of customers, ensuring that Amazon drivers can use the device to deliver packages efficiently

Hours of Work:

* Queue hours are 6am-5pm, Monday to Friday

  • Schedule will be any 5 days at a stretch, with shifts starting anytime between 6-8:30am PST

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
