Job Summary

As a Customer Care Advocate II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, driving cross-functional team collaboration, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, and chat channels, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, planning, shipping, and other departments, to drive resolution on customer-impacting issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, including process improvements, training, and quality enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Assist management with reports, provide insights, and recommendations to improve customer care processes and outcomes.
  • Lead training initiatives within the department, working with supervisors to create training tools and job aids.
  • Serve as an escalation point for junior-level associates and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

  • Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Advanced product knowledge and experience with in-depth processes and systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer care tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a global industrial manufacturing company.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Certification in customer care or a related field.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and quality enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
