Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Connect with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex issues and provide accurate solutions
- Work with customers to find the perfect products for their pets, providing personalized recommendations and guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems and email clients
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
