Position Overview

As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for various data entry tasks and ensuring the accuracy of client profiles. This role features a hybrid work model, allowing you to work remotely some days while still enjoying the vibrancy of an office culture. Key Responsibilities

* Manage the creation and updating of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Verify and maintain accurate client profile information, including contact details and sales tax details
  • Process online bidder approvals and conduct data entry for clients, generating reports and managing shipping instructions
  • Update mailing list entries and process bidder cards, ensuring seamless communication with clients
  • Track and respond to client surveys, providing exceptional customer service
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as necessary, contributing to the smooth operation of our team

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

  • Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a commitment to continuous professional development
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not required

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
