Job Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist (Clerk), you'll be responsible for reviewing extensive medical evaluations for accuracy, accurately inputting data into an existing database, collaborating with internal team members, and upholding stringent confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
* Review extensive medical evaluations for accuracy, ensuring that all data is complete and up-to-date
- Accurately input data into an existing database using Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Dynamics
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure data integrity and completeness
- Uphold stringent confidentiality when managing sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures
- Interpret medical terminology and shorthand within evaluations, ensuring accurate data entry
- Execute data entry tasks efficiently, utilizing Microsoft tools and best practices
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of data entry activities, as required
Required Skills
* Strong familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for success in this role
- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage files efficiently
- Experience with email correspondence is advantageous
