Job Summary
As a Remote 4-day Weekend Shift Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email interactions. You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and create raving fans for arenaflex. Schedule and Work Environment
Our Remote 4-day Weekend Shift Customer Care Representative role offers a unique schedule that allows you to balance work and personal life. Each shift will be 10 hours long, with flexibility to choose your start and end times within the designated hours. The schedule for this role is as follows:
- Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
- Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
- Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
- Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
You will work from the comfort of your own home, providing a secure and quiet workspace with a strong Internet connection. arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment to ensure your success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after a 60-day provisional period. In addition to your hourly wage, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- 2 weeks paid time off per year + 1 week sick time
