Job Summary
As a Part Time Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box. This is a part-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including technical troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for our CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box
- Troubleshoot issues and talk customers through steps to resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries
- Diagnose issues and provide quick yet thorough assistance
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Prioritize workload and work between several projects/tasks
- Data entry with speed and accuracy, while navigating different types of software
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of customer support experience (preferably in a technical support role)
- 1+ year of technical support experience (preferably in a customer-facing role)
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctuality and great attendance
- Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge
- Ability to turn constructive feedback into growth
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous work experience working directly with customers
- Experience with customer service software and systems
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and repair
