Job Summary
As a Hybrid Remote- Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and partners, handling inbound calls and emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values, and ensuring that our members feel supported and empowered to manage their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from members and partners, providing a high level of customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and email, accurately recording communications and consistently meeting quality standards
- Use computerized systems for tracking calls, information gathering, and troubleshooting, assessing needs, explaining programs, and suggesting alternative products or services
- Develop rapport with callers, adjusting communication style to meet individual needs, and providing accurate information about arenaflex programs and services
- Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels, proactively educating callers on program benefits and promoting alternative products or services
- Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues, maintaining and restoring customer satisfaction and partnering with other teams as needed
- Use computer tools to accurately process and document information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a healthcare or digital health setting
- Great communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, with computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment, thriving in a fast-growing and always-changing environment
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and partners in both languages
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with health information management (HIM) and/or Release of Information (ROI) systems
- Knowledge of digital health platforms and virtual health services
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quality standards and attendance requirements
