Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Live Chat Agent to join our team of customer service professionals. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our chat platform to address inquiries and provide timely information. You will assist passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications, resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing suitable solutions, and maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

Requirements
* Excellent written communication skills to clearly and professionally interact with customers
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat software
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- High-speed internet connection at home to maintain uninterrupted communication
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred
