Job Summary

As a Business Examiner at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving business change and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop and implement effective solutions, and ensure seamless execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our applications and products, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather, create, plan, and maintain business requirements for various projects or systems from inception to final execution, ensuring requirements meet standards

• Investigate, plan, and maintain production systems/programs/applications
• Assist in supporting and communicating task status reports and tracking
• Provide effective project cycles and expectations to shorten the project lifecycle, where applicable
• Work with application support and development teams to fix software bugs and resolve issues
• Lead efforts to resolve issues with communication systems based on various technologies
• Participate in regular project status meetings
• Convert high-level customer requirements into executable, detailed customer stories to enable development
• Create and maintain product backlog
• Lead planning meetings with teams to focus on work in upcoming sprints

• Strong experience in discovery, identification, and documentation of processes
• Ability to work with multiple IT and business teams to gather and record requirements
• Connect directly and daily with delivery teams to execute the project

• Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, needs, and future directions
• Participate in and lead planning meetings with the product team

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Proven expertise with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies

• Outstanding logical and critical thinking abilities
