Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Intern at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Lead Engagement: Reach out to leads through phone calls to pitch our product offerings and generate interest. Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Managing Online Events: Inform leads about our upcoming webinars and events, and encourage them to participate. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our events and ensure seamless execution.
- Follow-Up Calls: Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions and address any questions they may have. Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve client concerns and provide personalized solutions.
- Marketing Collateral Sharing: Send relevant marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and presentations, to leads via email or text to keep them informed and engaged. Develop a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Report Conversion Data: Maintain records of your outreach and conversions, and report daily activity to the team. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the growth and development of our customer service team.

Stipend and Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive stipend of INR 5,000-10,000 per month. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
