Summary of Essential Functions:
As a Customer Service Representative III at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and exceed customer expectations. Your specific duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all phone and email inquiries from customers and internal teams
- Opening service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects
- Managing telephone and email enquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
- Reviewing open service requests and bringing them to a satisfactory closure within a timely manner
- Helping to manage new machine installations, moves, and decommissioning
- Ensuring all project information is updated in Salesforce
- Managing quotes being sent to customers and processing them through to the Order Entry team for order creation
- Ensuring parts are shipped ready to meet field technicians' needs
- Keeping customers regularly informed of service request progress
- Coordinating repairs and technical support with field personnel and scheduling workload accordingly
Education & Experience:
* Proven experience as a call center representative or similar position
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Proficient in English; good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
Position Details:
* Pay Rate/Range: $18-$23
- The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, location, travel required, and current market conditions.
