Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing various services, including wheelchair, security, and porter services, to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining the safety of property and people, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide wheelchair services, ensuring that all security procedures are met
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the supervisor
- Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report the ones that need to be fixed
- Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots
- Provide security at different areas, such as door, ramp, catering, and bag room
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of airport procedures and regulations
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
