Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Manage dispatch calls and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Enter data accurately and efficiently, including client information, payments, and confidential information
- Collaborate with technicians and clients to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
