Job Summary

As a Customer Care Admin at arenaflex, you will be responsible for coordinating services with care and empathy, providing exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication, typing, and computer skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office products and HIPAA compliance regulations.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

* Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients

  • Answer and route incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment, assessing and appropriately responding to customer's information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner
  • Process appointment assignments through company navigation software
  • Maintain excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community
  • Always maintain patient and family confidentiality
  • Provide a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assist with program information
  • Continually build trust with community partners
  • Promote leadership and teamwork

Minimum Qualifications Required

* High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer care or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) or similar software

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
