Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to provide administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including data entry, customer service, and communication. Key Responsibilities
* Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy.
- Compile reports from systems with claims information and ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role.
- Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter data and maintain records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a claims coordination or customer service role, with knowledge of claims management systems.
- Certification in customer service or data entry, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES).
- Proficiency in additional software applications, such as CRM systems or data analytics tools.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages.
