Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers through various communication channels, including website, email, chat, and phone calls
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, collaborating with other teams to improve the customer experience
  • De-escalating customer service issues by addressing concerns promptly and thoughtfully
