Job Summary
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data management support to our customers and internal teams. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for documenting and updating customer records, collaborating with team members, and identifying and escalating priority issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer support
Requirements
