Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing prompt, courteous, and empathetic service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, using our customer support software (e.g. Gorgias)
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Communicating customer feedback and suggestions to the team, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
