Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, including:
- Greeting customers in a positive and approachable manner
- Assisting customers with selection of merchandise and answering questions regarding our products and services
- Completing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment for customers
- Helping to unload merchandise from delivery trucks and organizing merchandise for display
- Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store
- Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
- Performs all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned
- Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
