Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and building lasting relationships. This is a 4-month contract-to-hire role, with the possibility of converting to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build lasting relationships with our customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Navigate multiple systems to access customer information and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare industry setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex messages over the phone
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Call center experience in the healthcare industry
- Medical background or experience working in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software applications
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
