Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service and Inbound Contact Center team. As a Customer Service 401(k) Specialist, you will have the opportunity to create a best-in-class experience for our clients by providing exceptional service, education, and support regarding 401(k) regulations, compliance, and administration. Key Responsibilities
* Answer 20-40+ inbound phone calls regarding administration of 401(k) plans, providing accurate, timely, and customer-focused service while ensuring department performance metrics such as quality, handle time, VOC, and adherence are met.
- Educate callers regarding 401(k) regulations, compliance questions, and administration of plans, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to resolve customer requests.
- Navigate the arenaflex website, register online, and reset passwords as needed to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Successfully apply knowledge obtained during classroom and on-the-job training to independently solve customer requests, utilizing multiple CRM applications such as Salesforce, Relius, and other arenaflex systems.
- Demonstrate a customer-first approach to service while maintaining regulatory and organizational compliance, adhering to arenaflex's core principles of honesty, accountability, and transparency.
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- 1+ years of remote call center experience, with a strong understanding of contact center software applications.
- Retirement plan experience is a plus, with a strong knowledge of 401(k) regulations and compliance.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications and general website navigation.
- Ability to adapt to change and open to new ideas, with a forward-thinking mentality of process improvement.
- Demonstrated ownership, commitment, and prioritization to meet established deliverables.
Work Environment
* Extended sitting and computer work, with a requirement for an uninterrupted virtual workspace.
- Internet work speed requirement of 100 MBPS or better, with the ability to meet this expectation before applying.
- Flexible work environment, with opportunities to bid for other shifts after 4-6 months of good service.
