The Role
As a Junior Dental Customer Support Representative, you'll be the bridge between our customers and the production team, ensuring that our software and solutions meet the unique needs of each dental practice. Your tasks will range from assisting doctors with data submission, resolving issues, and planning cases in our software to providing product training and clinical feedback. You'll work primarily through phone and email, with opportunities to collaborate on complex cases.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete department training requirements under direct supervision
- Conduct surgical case planning with doctors
- Provide product assistance via phone and email
- Conduct product training with new customers
- Follow up with surgical case progress
- Build a professional working relationship with doctors
- Provide clinical feedback from doctors to the production team
- Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision
- Successfully pass validation training
- Handle complaints and resolve kickbacks
- Receive 3rd party data
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements

Skills and Abilities Required
+ Strong computer knowledge, easily able to pick up new software applications + Capable of learning clinical dental terms and medical concepts + Excellent phone skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and organizational skills + High accountability and responsibility
Qualities We Look For
+ Experience in the medical or dental industry + Experience in radiology + Experience speaking to medical professionals on the phone + Flexibility and the ability to multitask
Minimum Education And Experience Required
+ Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field + 0-1+ year of full-time work experience
